Product Information

We use organic ingredients wherever possible. By being transparent and forthcoming on our website, our labels and in conversations with you and our retail partners, we hope that Hynt Beauty can become your trust worthy and consistently reliable go-to brand for beautiful skin. All of our products are Vegan except for our FLYRT mascara which contains sustainably sourced beeswax. The most desired effects of the perfect mascara, such as increasing the appearance of thickness, curl, and length are difficult to achieve without the texture of beeswax. We have eliminated the use of other often relied upon ingredients that do not align with our company mission wherever we were able to find a viable alternative without compromising on the resulting look and efficacy.

However, please note that because we are cruelty-free and environmentally responsible, we ensure that the beeswax we employ is the excess byproduct of the bees and do not compromise the bee colony. If we could speak bee, we would love to ask them for their permission each time!.

We do not use any ingredients that are known to be potentially carcinogenic. We are devoted to creating formulations that make you and your skin look and feel your healthiest. Our founder Meryl was driven to develop a line that offers skincare formulations using the highest quality and purest ingredients she can find, free from carcinogenic impurities. Our ingredients are hand selected for our formulations, rather than included for practical purposes.

The Hynt Philosophy is to provide the most effective products that deliver a gentle, nourishing, and protective feel to your skin, without compromising on the luxurious textures, elegant finish, and aesthetic of our collection. What is truly unique is how our powder-based products feel when applied and throughout the day.

We use a special ultra-fine milling technology so that the powders have a much finer texture and feel smooth to the touch. All of our micronized powders are non-nano sized, meaning the particles are always above 100 nanometres (nm). We strongly recommend the use of a dense, flat top brush to control and hold onto the powder more securely, so that product is placed onto the skin and not wasted by dispersement.

We also include beneficial botanical extracts and oils to keep skin feeling moisturized and oil balanced throughout the day, so that our powders feel as fresh as when applied earlier in the day. The botanicals are used to coat the minerals during the milling process which creates the most silky, creamy to the touch texture.

Also, unlike many Mineral Makeup lines, our products do not include Bismuth Oxychloride, which is an inexpensive filler ingredient that is commonly used in the industry that can cause feelings of itching and irritation. Many of our complexion products are also free of Titanium Dioxide, which tends to create a mask-like look and feel. Instead of using these potentially troublesome ingredients, we have opted to use a blend of pure ingredients that leave skin looking natural, even in daylight, feeling soothed, moisturized, and protected.

Because our goal is to keep the Hynt Beauty line as vegan as possible, we do not use the popular colorant Carmine that is created from powdered scale insect bodies.

The Hynt Beauty philosophy is to be completely cruelty-free. We do not believe in animal testing, so our formulations do not include ingredients that have been tested on animals. All ingredients are fully researched for our and your confidence.

The products are lab and people tested on the Hynt Beauty team.

Our makeup and skincare products are Made in the USA except for our eyeliner pencil that is made in Italy.

Our brushes and tools are handmade by a premier brush maker in China, using the highest quality standards. Our manufacturer is FSC certified which ensures products come from forests that are managed in a responsible and sustainable manner. They also have the prestigious certification, SMETA, which is the world’s leading social audit for labor, health, safety, environment and business ethics. Our manufacturer additionally passed ISO 9001 accreditation.

An additional note: Our cosmetics are made in smaller batches to align with our dedication to freshness, high quality, and high performance.

Our products multi-task to beautify your skin, while enhancing your natural beauty. The way nature intended.

Dry Mascara tube:

Place closed tube in a glass of hot water for a minute or two.
Then ‘mix’ the product at the bottom by twisting while the wand is inserted and
slowly bringing the product upward with the brush. Do not pump the wand as that
introduces air into the product, accelerating drying out the product.

Lipstick bleed:

Thanks
for your inquiry and for being a valued customer. There is always a tradeoff in
lipstick. A more firm and dry formula has longer staying power, but can be
drying, even difficult to apply. A more moisturizing formula will have a
shorter wear time but will maintain the moisture in the delicate surface of the
lips as well as migrate and feather. Use a lipliner. We are hoping to offer a
line of lip liners in the future. Please try to use a liner that is either
clear, nude or the color of the lipstick. A too dark line can be quite harsh.

Concealer smearing and settling into fine lines:

You may be using too much product. Never 'swipe' the
product onto the face. Push into the concealer jar to break the structure if needed and warm/melt a tiny amount of product on the top of your hand (or between your fingers as in the video) and then apply by light dabs, blending
the product out. You may layer until your desired coverage. The end result

We recommend to set this product with a light dusting of Finale Finishing Powder. Also, you
may consider using a blending sponge with this concealer.

 Skin care
pump not working:

We have had very few of these
complaints over the years. Generally, this does not mean that the mechanism is
defective. It means that there are air bubbles inside the bottle which occurs during product filling or if the end user twists open the bottle.

 The packaging manufacturer suggests the following to get the pump
to operate again.

1. Firmly tap the bottle on a soft surface like a towel to
dissipate the air bubbles. Then alternately try to pump product out.

2. Push a pin through the small hole located at the bottom of the
bottle to advance the plate, pushing it upwards.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items only and will notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. We also offer “back orders” and “preorders” for products that are not available at the time of purchase.

Hynt Beauty will abide by all laws pertaining to the collection of sales tax. Currently, we arerequired by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to NJ which will be calculated during the checkout process.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

** SPECIAL NOTE: IF YOU ARE NOT CERTAIN AS TO POSSIBLE NEGATIVE REACTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO ANY OF OUR INGREDIENTS, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU PURCHASE A SAMPLE SIZE OF THAT PARTICULAR PRODUCT. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED. **

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product unless the product has been used or damaged by customer.

At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

without showing signs of wear or damage in any waywithin 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)must not be a special order or a custom orderunless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item’s description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately at customerservice@hyntbeauty.com. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.Shipping costs incurred by Hynt Beauty for free shipping will also be deducted from refunds. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Shipping

Depending on your US location, your order should typically arrive in 2-6 business days from the time that we process your order using Ground shipping. The cut-off time for picking and shipping orders is 11am PST, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays), so please choose the appropriate shipping method in order to receive your order timely.

Domestic Orders (USA) Free Standard USPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $35. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. These options are listed at check out. International Orders Free Standard International shipping on orders $129 USD or more Orders less than $129 USD are subject to the standard shipping rates which will vary by country and total weight. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. These options are listed at check out. Please note that International orders may be subject to additional fees for duties and customs upon receipt. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country. Your order will typically arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase, however, there are times when customs or other unforeseen circumstances will arise that are beyond our control.
